One-Hundred-Year-Old Home Restoration Project In Tampa, FL

Dealing with a one-hundred-year-old house comes with many unique challenges that we were excited to take on headfirst. Many aspects of the house were deteriorating and needed to be replaced before Tampa Bay Contracting Co could perform cosmetic work to the home. We replaced large sections of the wood siding that had fallen victim to water, sun, and insect damage.

Applying paint was the fun part, as we gave the house a stark blue that is sure to catch the eye of the entire neighborhood. We also made sure to pay extreme attention to detail throughout the whole interior and exterior of the home. Also, we installed the windows and doors with extreme care to make them air-tight and keep the unwanted elements outside of the house.
