Tampa, FL Community Clubhouse Renovation

The MiraBay Community in Apollo Beach, FL, tasked us with renovating a very creative and enjoyable lighthouse that was the centerpiece of the community clubhouse. We wanted to replace the crumbling infrastructure that had begun to be unsafe but keep the same visually pleasing aesthetic that so many residents in the neighborhood had come to love.

We put the proper scaffolding up before we began to take apart the lighthouse piece by piece. Once the demo was complete, we replaced the structure to the HOA's exact specifications and sheathed the surface so that the original stucco siding to look like the original lighthouse. The HOA and its residents all let us know how much they were pleased with the re-creation.
