The entry was opened up to the structure and rebuilt: new windows, double entry doors, a reframed stair inside and new concrete steps out front.

Home Additions

Two-story addition by the pool

A two-story addition framed and sheathed beside the pool, then stuccoed, painted and fitted with black-trim windows and sliders.

Disaster Restoration

Storefront rebuilt after a vehicle impact

A vehicle took out a storefront column. We secured it, boarded the damaged wall, rebuilt the column and finished the stucco and paint to match the rest of the building.

A storefront walkway taken down to the deck while the shops stayed open: new ceiling, wrapped and stuccoed columns, lighting and paint.
